Protecting your privacy

Purposes of processing
Acupeo may process your Personal Information:

Neither Acupeo, nor any of its subcontractors, sells your personal data.
Telephone numbers collected from www.acupeo.us are not used for telephone canvassing but only to facilitate delivery - article L.223-2 of the Consumer Code still requires us to inform you that you can subscribe to an opposition list by contacting us via our email firstname.lastname@example.org – this even if we do not use your number for canvassing but only to facilitate delivery.
We also advertise online to keep you up to date with our news and to help you discover and find our items.
Like many companies, we target you with banners and advertisements when you visit other websites and apps. We do this through various digital marketing networks and ad exchange services, and we use different advertising technologies such as web beacons, pixels, tags, cookies and mobile identifiers, as well as specific services provided by certain sites and social networks such as Custom Audiences from Facebook.
The banners and advertisements you see will be based on the information we have about you, or on your previous uses of the Acupeo site.
The duration of the conversation
Your Personal Information is retained by Acupeo until you wish to delete it.

Right of access and communication of data
You have the right to access Personal Information which concerns you. However, due to Acupeo's obligation of security and confidentiality in the processing of personal data, you are informed that your request will be processed provided that you provide proof of your identity, in particular by producing a scan of your valid identity document (in the case of a request via our dedicated electronic form) or a signed photocopy of your valid identity document (in the case of a written request).
Acupeo informs you that it will be entitled, where applicable, to object to requests that are manifestly abusive (due to their number, repetitive or systematic nature). Acupeo undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification or opposition or any other additional request for information within a reasonable period of time which cannot exceed 1 month from receipt of your request.
